Main Street Exchange

Approved unanimously by the Dunedin City Commission and now in design: one city block at Main Street and Douglas Avenue built for meeting, staying and exploring.

The program brings six venues to one block: restaurants and a marketplace, a 280-seat events venue, an 89-room boutique hotel with a public rooftop bar, a signature restaurant, and a street of local shops threaded with green spaces on the Pinellas Trail.
