The Douglas & Main District

Phase one of the district is rising now at 968 Douglas Avenue: a four-story precast garage bringing 309 public parking spaces to Downtown Dunedin, one block from Main Street and connected directly to the Pinellas Trail.
The ground floor holds 30,000 square feet of retail and recreation space, able to host one anchor concept or several tenants from 5,000 square feet up. The community is helping shape that lineup right now through our district survey.
Precast erection is underway. Construction timelines, road closures and neighborhood updates are posted on the dedicated project site, where residents can also submit questions.
